APPRAISAL

 

Glen V. Cutrona, AIA has been engaged as a trade fixture appraisal expert for over 15 years which is a process where properties are taken through an eminent domain proceeding to build public component projects.  He has provided services on major cases documenting and appraising the property trade fixtures for projects ranging from major redevelopments to transportation improvements regionally.

 

Site Studies include assessing the developmental potential of a site for clientele in the pre-purchase and pre-construction phase.  Site studies also include extensive services provided on wetland condemnations.

 

Glen Cutrona has provided professional services as an expert witness on matter of construction law where he expertise and specialized knowledge was required.

 

Glen’s testimonies are recorded in the New York Supreme Court and many other jurisdictions.
